A Home of One’s Own

This is where clients decide where they want to live, with whom they want to live, and what happens in their home e.g. the kind of furniture and arrangement in their home. Plan of Care safely facilitates this by assisting its clients to apply for all resources available to them like Section 8, by helping them to find roommates, assisting the clients in interviewing and meeting prospective roommates whom the clients prefer to share their housing spaces with, etc.
